The family that gives wine its soul
We are a small family from Hnanice in the Znojmo region. We make wine the way we live – with respect for nature, joy in our daily work, and the belief that genuine things do not need shortcuts.
Everything we do, we do ourselves. From caring for the vineyard to bottling. We give our wine time, attention, and a piece of ourselves. And we hope you can taste it.
Our vineyards
We believe that good wine starts with healthy soil.
Since 2010, we have been farming organically, and in recent years biodynamically – without artificial fertilizers, respecting the microorganisms that make the soil alive.
We are members of the Demeter.cz association and surround ourselves with like-minded people. We learn, observe, and make decisions with humility.
Strong vines, resistant to stress and disease, give us grapes full of life, natural yeast, and character of the place. And that's what we continue to work with.
For wine, where it is born
We will be happy to show you around our winery in our newly renovated cellar, which can accommodate up to 30 people.
During a guided tasting, you will sample wines from the current selection and learn about the secrets of their production.
We can prepare refreshments on request – so you can enjoy your time with wine to the fullest.

We let the wine breathe in the cellar
We harvest the grapes by hand and process them without rushing. They ferment spontaneously, without any additives or controlled interventions. Just juice, time, and natural processes.
The wine matures in wooden barrels or stainless steel tanks. We do not filter it or add unnecessary sulfur—only minimally, if necessary.
We don't use pumps; the wine flows through the cellar by gravity. We use differences in elevation and sometimes even a simple bucket. What does this achieve? Perhaps nothing. But for us, it makes sense.
This results in wines that are lively, unrefined, and full of character. Just like the nature from which they originate.
The garden where wine tastes best
Next to our cellar, you will find a small seating area under the trees, overlooking the vineyard and the Znojmo countryside.
In summer, we like to open a bottle here, sit with friends or guests who drop by just for a moment—for wine, for a moment of peace, for a chat.
It's a place where you slow down. And where wine tastes exactly as it should – with a story that smells of the soil.

You will find us at the end of the street, by the vineyard, under the trees. We have a cellar, a garden, and wine that we will be happy to pour for you. Just call, write, or drop by—if we are home, the door is open.
